I've went to the tanning booth before too! I started going in 8th grade because I'm very pale. However, I tan because I have a yellowish undertone. I never burned. I never went a lot, a lot either! I went off and on for about 5 years now. I don't in the winter either. I'm just getting scared! I feel like I've gone too much in my life! Is it bad to go to the tanning booth? Will I eventually get skin cancer? I heard something about new bulbs that don't cause skin cancer...?

All tanning gives skin cancer. It really isn't worth it. Becasue you have already tanned, you basically ruined the thin layer of fats/proteins under your visible skin. You don't want the uv rays from the tanning bed to harm even deepr into your skin. Try self tanners, or get an airbrushed tan, it is not harmful and you still get the color you want. I have very pale skin, and they work for me! Good luck!

DON'T DAMAGE YOUR SKIN!

I would steer clear of tanning beds-you may not get skin cancer, but you're likely to have premature aged skin. They really have some great sunless lotions or natural glow lotions out-I use Jergen's on a daily or every other day basis. It also has a skin firming agent. People tell me I have a great tan and I'm never in the sun or in the booth. It doesn't turn you orange like they used to. I've also used Estee Lauder's version, but it's more pricey.

Dont go to the tanning booth. When you get older, all that tanning you di d as a teenager will turn to wrinkles. Put on a bathing suti, some sunscreen, and go sit outside in the sun. Thats a better way to get tan.

Fair skin people age faster than dark skin to begin with!
Going to a tanning bed will cause you to age even faster.
Besides there is NOTHING wrong with being fair skinned. It is very becoming and feminine to be fair.

Don't tan! You want to be beautiful when you're older! You might look better with a tan now, but you're going to be all wrinkled later on!
