It can, but often times it doesn't. A man can get over a woman like that (snap fingers). Don't think a kiss will make a man fall in love with you, we do not live in a fairy tale world.

Well you lips have just about as many nerve endings as your fingertips so al those nerve endings are bound to make things different. Kissing is sex with your lips. Or maybe he just does not know how to act around you. Kisses changes things.
