I would like to lose the weight that I have gained over the past 6 months..I really hate it! I've been working out at home for the past 2 weeks (using the Bowflex and NordicTrack) I never use to excersize so its hard for me to find motivation to do it 4-5 times a week.
I want to know, has anyone used either of these things? How much did you lose? Any other tips are welcome. Also, I am not eating meat anymore (I hardly did any way) Im going to try all veggies and the occasional peice of salmon or tilapia (wild not farm raised) and for protien I LOVE PEANUTBUTTER..haha. So any one who has had success in losing like 15 lbs your feedback is wanted! THX

Wow..good answer, and no I dont drink, if I do its like a glass of wine when I'm feeling sick or with dinner(like once every few mos)
