sometimes i have sweaty hands?

its soo weird! i only have sweaty hands like when im about to hold someones hand. [like in church] its so horrible though cause i never want to hold there hands because my hands are all wet...and it is soo embarrasing ecspecially when its someone i dont know. please help me, i dont want to have to deal with this forever, im only 13 :[

maria you can wear cotton gloves, they will not only look nice but help you with your problem, good luck
