Hi. If price is an indication of quality then Meridian's flagship DVD player will cost you a cool $20,000 !

If your looking for the best CD player most audiophiles agree the Metronome Technologie CD player is the best and will only cost you $23,000 !!!

For the money, you can't go wrong with a top-of-the-line Blu-ray or HD-DVD player...Both formats will play your old DVDs with picture and sound far better than any DVD player ever could.

I have never had the pleasure of using it or seeing it demonstrated but most reviewers seem to agree that Simaudio's "Moon Orbiter" unit ($7,200) is the best on the market.
