A friend of mine did her third wedding at a restaurant banquet room, ceremony and reception combined. She couldn't have a church wedding, canon reasons. She invited mainly friends and immediate family, because extended family had done the big fluffy thing for her first and she didn't want to hit them again. She wore white dresses each time, her choice. The second wedding was an outdoor one and it didn't last long anyway.

Golden rule applies- whoever has the gold, makes the rules. She paid so it was her show. The main thing for the third go was, toned down considerably from a first wedding of a young girl.

A third wedding...how wonderful for you! An encore bride! It seems today that
someone doing a second marriage often chooses to do a destination wedding. ....so why not for a third time around ? I'd say go the destination wedding route, .......................
you wil get a deserved vacation and the wedding - can be just the two of you, romantic and alone with a pastor etc. on some
warm tropical island. check out destinationweddings.com -
Best wishes to you both too!

Congrats to you both! I would think you could use a guide for second weddings because they are pretty much the same... try wedaholic.com or take2weddings.com
take2 is for second and 3rd weddings,
confetti.co.uk also has some tips just click on Weddings / Perfect planners / Second weddings
