because guys have 1 male gene and 1 woman gene so we have the nipple but no real "breast".

before your first day as an actual baby inside your mommy's tummy, you were a girl. then you got changed into a boy. everyone starts out as a girl, and then changes into a boy or remains a girl. that's why guys have nipples. cause girls have nipples. my answer is the simpler version of Macfunky's.

When the fetus is forming it is female for the first while of the pregnancy and they are formed then but have no purpose as the fetus starts to develop as a male
