Since there are slightly different meanings for "That's OK" in English, I'll offer the Spanish Translation for those I can think of off the top of my head:

That's OK=

In Spain = Vale.
In Mexico (coloquially) = Sale.
When you're almost just saying "OK" = Está bien.
When responding to an apology = Está bien - No pasa nada - OR - No hay problema.

Depending on the context of a specific conversation, there can probably exist many other meanings for "That's OK," so the list could actually go on...

When saying something is good, you say "esta bien." If you are responding to someone who has apologized, then you say "no problemo."
