i was driving yesterday and made a sudden stop , my truck stalled and now will not start. The pump doesn't kick in when i turn the key, however i was told that there may be a reset switch for the pump. if anyone knows if there is one and where to find it, it would be greatly appreciated.

There is no reset switch for any GM vehicles for fuel. You have experienced a fuel pump problem that is either a electrical problem to it or more than likely the fuel pump itself has had it. Good luck.
