You may be ok with the tweezers, but I doubt it as they're almost certainly metal and have a sharp edge/point. Scissors are not allowed in handluggage.

Rather than risk having them confiscated, pack them in your main luggage - I'm sure you can manage for a few hours without them.

it is better you put your stuff in baggage cargo. not all airport allow you to carry it inside the plane. it depend on which country you are departing from.

they have to be checked in, or else they will make you throw them out when you go through the x-ray baggage check majiggy...
trust me, i know...
coming back from germany, they made my mom throw out a 10$ lighter!!! just beacause she put it in her carry-on! it was for my dad too :(
but ya, pack that stuff up, or check your local airline's website

you cant carry them on board.. they have to be in your checked baggage... i knw it sucks.. but wat can u do!?!?
