Lose weight in 2 months please help

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

Well i started diet/exercise about march 10 and now i have lost about 26 pounds and dropped 5 waist sizes. I think you should try and do cardio for 45 minutes a day . some light weight exercises and reduce calories intake. I walk/run on treadmil for 40-45 minutes and burn 500-600 calories. I eat healthy choice lunch meat on wheat toast with fruit. Or buy lunchables(it sounds dumb but its so low in calories its good) Drink only water and 1 glass of milk a day. Take a one a day vitamin. Ive lost around 26 pounds in less than 2 months.

you dont have to make a three digit number your weight loss goal aim for a certain dress size or waist measurement
