Job 19:25 "For I know that my Redeemer lives, and He shall stand at last on the earth." Job confidently affirmed that God cares for him. This had to bring him joy in the midst of his sufferings. "My name is written on his heart" is my joy for the sufferings of this world.

You totally misunderstand the Scripture that says: "The joy of the Lord is my strength"
“Do not grieve, for the joy of the LORD is your strength..”
-Nehemiah 8:10
The joy OF THE LORD, is my strength. Get it?? No OUR joy, or Job's joy - but the joy of the LORD. His Joy. His joy in us, His creation.
Really....this is Sunday School bible-study stuff.

I remember one verse (I'm rephrasing) where Job asked God to take everything away from him if necessary, but to leave his tongue so that he can witness that there's one God. So yeah, he experienced joy :)

I'm going with no. He was pouring ashes on his head and saying he was the most miserable of all creatures. Doesn't seem joyful to me.

The whole story of Job proves that god can be a miserable, insensitive jerk.

His faith was tested and he assured his place in heaven. So, yes, I would say it was all good.
