A sociopath is someone who has no conscience regarding any action, including killing. They are aware of their own pain only. Kinda like a body w/o a soul. They find no reason to make excuses for their behavior as it seems perfectly logical.

It is very easy to judge others, however, there is nothing resembling information for a diagnosis in your description.
Sociopathy, or anti-social personality disorder, is a specific diagnoses with specific traits and actions. Such a diagnosis would be provided by a psychiatrist, not just a dislike for someone or their choices in life.
