You could chuck it into a composter, after the paper has broken down you can then use it on your garden. Happens with organic toilets, the sort you sometimes find on the roadside miles from the nearest water supply.

We installed a Clivis Multrum organic toilet at a property miles from nowhere - been working well for 10 years now. Every so often some poor sod has to go and dig out the composted material.
