Do you think its right?

He did it to make room. He doesnt want to keep the puppies though. Even though he has a HUGE!!! house.

nope.
firstly, if you get an animal, it is your responsibility for the rest of its life. it is irresponsible to get a dog then simply get rid of it.

secondly, it doesnt sound like he would know how to breed or anything about the complications his dogs can have.

he is putting the female in serious danger by breeding her.... many birth complications can kill the mother AND pups,..... and if she needs a C section, he will be up for possibly thousands of dollars.

There are soooo, many ways to look at this, that I'm hesitant to comment.
But I will. And this is just my opinion, for me only, and obviously doesn't apply to others.
When I get a dog, and it's determined a keeper (a month or so), it's a keeper for life. Becomes part of a "bonding" thing. Effects trust by the dog, has security issues. And to "surrender" a dog because a prettier (or whatever) comes along is just not a full commitment and I take issue with people like that. Sometimes it's unavoidable and this I understand. However, this leads me to evaluate the individuals character traits as non-trusting / undesirable, and I'd be hard pressed to consider someone like this as mature, honorable, and as being considered as "a trusting friend".
So, as to my way of thinking? No, this was not "right".

Dumping previous pets to mate his Chiuaua! He must not really like his animals much. Probably wants to sell the puppies.

No I just dont feel like its right to "Just get rid of" your other pets just because. When you got those pets you made a commitment. Now I cant understand if one turned on you or bit your child but you need to be responsible for your pets. What makes the different if he breeds. Does he want to keep all the pups or something or just go into breeding business? If he is set on getting rid of the other animals remind him that is adamdonment and make sure he finds good homes for them first just dont chunk them out like trash. pets have feelings too how would he feel if the pets could just get rid of him becasue they are tried of him. he would be hurt same with the pets. He dont need to be getting other dogs if he does that becasue what will happen when he gets tired of the new dog just get rid of it too or what?

It depends on the reason he did this. If he got rid of his other animals for an irresponsible reason such as because he was tired of them, then it certainly isn't right.

However, if he got rid of them because of a city ordinance that says you can only have two pets unless you have puppies under six months old, then he might have made the best decision.

You might not want to judge your friend until you know the reason for his actions. Ask him!
