you should get it checked from the manufacturer. or may be your AC capacity is low 1 ton, 1.5 ton... IT also depends on the size of the room.

Since it relatively new one, must be on guarantee period.
Call service personnel to attend, dont try on your own.
The problem: Blower Fan blade may be loose fitted and slipping.

Yes problem is with the blower motor, or loose blade..
