My skin naturally tans easily, but I don't want it to.

I'm going to be out in the sun for up to 9 hours at a time (I'll be periodically going inside, but most of the time I'll be outside).

I used spf 30-45 when I went to Las Vegas last August. I am very fair-skinned and burn almost anywhere. I wore tank tops the whole week in Vegas, but only got a minor pink section on my right shoulder. I usually grab a kids' lotion. They make that stuff strong so the kids don't burn. Or a sport kind so your sweat doesn't melt it off.

You should use and buy a sunblock lotion w/c has the highest SPF value

I think its SPF 50....But Try to compare the SPF value w/ the other lotions such as Vaseline or Keratone...

Take note that the higher the SPF value, the more it is expensive....but i think money is not a problem to you dude...

Also, the higher the SPF value, the more protection you get to avoid skin cancer especially if your white caucasian.

Bull Frog! It's a very HIGH SPF, waterproof, sweatfroof, and comes in a spray so it's easy to apply.

Please remember you should put on any sunscreen one hour before heading outside. I would also re-apply when you go indoors to cool off.

Honey, drink lots of water or gatorade, you're going to sweat a great deal and we don't want you to get into trouble.

Have fun!

exposing your skin in the sun for long periods can increase your risk of developing skin cancer
most especially from 10am to 3pm
so avoid going out at these times

if you can't...
you can use sunblocks with the high SPF's
the higher the better...

and the, cover your skin as much as possible..
wear long sleeves, hats, sunglasses...to protect yourself

then, drink lots of fluid to replace loss fluids..and to hydrate yourself

thanks

my recommendation would be a waterproof sunblock of at least 40spf and a hat to cover your head with a brim of at least 2 1/2 inches?
