Personally, I think it'd be cute & sexy. Back pieces and sleeves are my favorite, I'll admit, but quality ink anywhere gets my thumbs up.
I do hope the person getting a tattoo is doing it for themselves & not caring what others think, and especially that they not get it purely to please others. That's one of the few situations where I prefer the person not get anything, although at least then the location is irrelevant.

Why is it that some people who answer questions in this category seem to be very anti tattoo, like the person who commented about gangrene. Obviously they dont know about tattoos, so why are they giving their opinion.
Well i have 2 tattoos on the outside of my ankles, and once this baby is born there will be another, they are of seahorses with scroll and my kids names. I have never had bad comments about them, they are approx 2in by 1 1/2in. I personally think a nice, well done tattoo, can emphasise parts of your body by drawing attention to them, they can also make a nice surprise if not immediately obvious, as your inner ankle will be. If your worried that some man wont find it sexy on you and be turned off, then obviously that man would be very judgemental, so would you really want to be with someone that narrow minded any way? I also have 3 other tattos on me, and plans for another 2. I have been tattooed for the last 9 years, and in that time have dated someone who didnt like tattoos, but he liked me anyway and wasnt stupid enough to tell me what he thought of my tattoos.

I am not into tattoos. That is just not my thing. That being said, I am not against anyone getting tattoos as long as they are in good taste and they are not totally covering the body or face. I think a couple of tats are ok, but if you have so much ink done on you where you quit being black or white and can be classified as ink person, then you have way overdid it.

I heard this idea a couple days ago, and I thought it was a good one, so I am passing it along.
Place a picture of the tattoo you want in several places where you will see it throughout the day bathroom mirror, car dash, refrigerator door, closet door, next to the TV, etc. If after one year, you are not sick of seeing this picture all over the place, go through with it.

Why would anyone want a gross tattoo anyway? Well, I recently got one on the inside of my ankle, I like it. It's pretty colorful and on the medium size(not like a small star or anything) Anyways, it is girlish still so don't worry.

I am one those sleeved chicks that someone mentioned. I get tattooed cause my tattoos are part of who I am. I have found men do think they are sexy. and I'm not even going to touch the tramp stamp thing. That is just a stupid rumor started out by a bunch of stupid people.
Besides who wants to be with a guy who is so closed minded, that he would hold a little tattoo against you.
Get it and wear it with pride !!

Hello, I think, to answer your question, it all depends on what you think....hmm....I was a big help huh?.....Anyways, if you like it and are happy with it, then I'm sure guys will appreciate it for what it is, and besides (not intending to sound banal, trite, clicheed, or like a children's story) it's what's on the inside that matters more. For me, a girl's body has little if any impact on my feelings for her; it's their personality that describes it all.

tattoos make you casual. If you go to a formal after six you have a tattoo on your ankle. Is it in a place you can cover, some exclusive clubs and hotels do not allow visible tattoos on it members. If you plan on just being casual it is fine, if you think later in your life you might do something with yourself , I would not do it.

a tattoo should have meaning to you, cute or not is not really the question.huge is not necessarily gross. bad quality tattoos tend to be "gross". i love tattoos any where and any subject as long as it has been done by a good artist. the name of your "mate" is considered a jinx if that is what is gonna be written inside the heart. but once again it is your personal choice... get it done by a good artist, in a clean shop and enjoy it for the rest of your life!
