Wow! You are asking for a lot!
I'll answer the parts I get to, I hope that will cover everything.
OT God and NT Jesus both favor faith and condemn doubt in God. They both point to scripture and tell people to believe it.
There are probably websites addressing this, I just have never gone to one.
Trinity. I do not accept the trinity as being an accurate account of God's nature, only that it is a poetic attempt to describe him. It falls short, but it happens to be the most accurate thing out there to do that with that subject that I know of.
There are multiple places in the Bible where God's nature is revealed to us. He is revealed in the OT as our Savior, the Rock of our Salvation, Our Deliverer. We also have accounts of him being plural, yet one. The word elohim is one of those accounts. He refers to Himself as 'we'. That's in Genesis.
In Daniel we have a strange encounter:
Daniel 7:13 "In my vision at night I looked, and there before me was one like a son of man, coming with the clouds of heaven. He approached the Ancient of Days and was led into his presence. 14 He was given authority, glory and sovereign power; all peoples, nations and men of every language worshiped him.
"Worshipped". We know that God demands the only worship of God. That's in the Ten Commandments, Exodus 20.
But we have God moving past Himself in Daniel 7:
13 "In my vision at night I looked, and there before me was one like a son of man, coming with the clouds of heaven. He approached the Ancient of Days and was led into his presence.
So we have God twice in the same scene. A very curious vision!
And then there are the encounters that we have with the Spirit of God, in Genesis 1, and elsewhere in the Bible. God's Spirit accomplishes things including, I believe, giving King Saul the gift of prophecy:
1 Samuel 10:10 When they arrived at Gibeah, a procession of prophets met him; the Spirit of God came upon him in power, and he joined in their prophesying. 11 When all those who had formerly known him saw him prophesying with the prophets, they asked each other, "What is this that has happened to the son of Kish? Is Saul also among the prophets?"
So in the OT, the 'trinity' is very allowable. It is very present.
In the NT there are way too many accounts of the Holy Spirit, especially throughout Acts, Jesus as God in John 8, 10 and especially in Hebrews 1:
6 And again, when God brings his firstborn into the world, he says,
"Let all God's angels worship him."
7 In speaking of the angels he says,
"He makes his angels winds,
his servants flames of fire."
8 But about the Son he says,
"Your throne, O God, will last for ever and ever,
and righteousness will be the scepter of your kingdom.
The Father God, once again, is readily seen throughout the Gospels, my favorite examples being in John's Gospel.

Taoism too have trinity, with Jade Emperor being the most senior of the three( The Three Pure Ones). However the trinity in Taoism is unlike the trinity in Abrahamic religions as the trinity in Taoism has a humanly asian chinese body although they are capable of anything. And the devil in Taoism is actually a worker for the Jade Emperor like how in a country there is a jail warden working for the government to punish inmates.

The God of the Old Testament was always willing to spare people's lives if someone asked him to. An example is when God told Abraham he was going to destroy Sodom and Gomorrah and Abraham asked him to spare them if he could find just 10 good people there.

Well i feel, the God in the old testament and the god, in the new testament...its called a "Test"..if you believe in it then you fail. So the biggest similarity is that its only a pigment of your imagination.

Similarities between Old & New Testament God:
God hates sin.
God wants us to follow Him with all of our hearts.
God wants to have a realtionship with us.

By the way, do all of you realize that God doesn't "believe" in atheism? Think about that!

One thought is persistent throughout the Bible: He is involved with human beings and extremely merciful, although his standards for us are high.
