when you call the number try hitting the 0 key once or twice, sometimes that will get you a live person.

I don't know if they have got toll free numbers, but that you can surely order a credit record and dispute whatever that you just strongly suppose is fake, with proper proof to help your claim of direction.

You only get a real LIVE number once you ORDER a credit report.
Think about this -- MILLIONS and MILLIONS of Americans have a credit report -- if they had a general all-purpose 800 number -- that number would never be open.
If you pay for a report or get a report, then they put the number on the credit report you can call to speak to a live person.
You got to pay to play -- it's the American way.
