"Friends with benefits" means sex without the commitment of a relationship. Friends without sex are just friends. She's trying to tell you she's not interested in being in a relationship with you at all right now. You and she are friends only, nothing more.

Actually Yes! friends with benefits are people Who have Intiments moments with one another but if you guys say that yall are savin yall selves for marriage then i dont really know the answer but yall can still kiss,hug & comfort one another.
The main part about friends with benefits is Having SEX.
