I'm so sick of people and their weight. I've been a size 2/3 my entire life and I've tried so hard to gain some weight because I'm 5ft 10in and I'm really thin. People need to stop worrying about how much they weigh because this is not a major problem in the world. People are so caught up into thinking that weight is important. If she's happy, then let he be. If it becomes a problem, then she'll fix it. It's none of anyone elses business and people that tell her she's fat are rude and need to get over themselves.

You can actually look up your weight range for your height on charts. I'm sure it's online somewhere. If your friend is happy with the way she looks, I think that's healthy. There are too many girls starving themselves or throwing up to get thin and be something that is not healthy. On the other hand, it's good to excersise often and watch what you eat and how much you eat. Try to avoid junk food and fast food. If your friend is doing all those good things, she shouldn't feel bad about herself.

If she's your friend then it doesn't matter if she thinks she's overweight or not. If she has a good self image don't squash it on her.
These days most people have such an unrealistic idea of what people should weigh or what size they should be.
As long as she is happy with who she is and that whatever weight she may be isn't affecting her health then she should be happy with how she looks.

Well first off..Is she fat?..If she isnt then she dont need to do anything but tell those people to shut up! But on the other hand if she is... Then maybe you could just say for our health we should start working out together. If you said " Well.. I hate to have to tell you this but you are a little overweight" she would probably get mad even if you said dont take this to heart! Just see if you could possibly start exercising together ...(running...situps.. pushups..) things like that! Hope this helped you! buh bye!

Is she overweight? Who is telling her she is? If she's not overweight then she should tell the jerks to shove it. If she is overweight and it affects her health then she needs to see a doctor who can help her out according to her age.

Ignore them. As long as she feels good about herself that's all that matters. It could be any number of reasons why people are saying this, ranging from jealousy to she might actually be a little chunky. But who cares? It's her life and no one else's.

Get lipo. Or carry round a big stick and hit anyone that calls her fat.
Really though, there isn't a solution other than ignore it. People are arseholes, and will insult anyone to make them feel better about themselves. If they insult someone, they feel superior and forget their own faults.

Well is she? If she is you should help her see that weight is not an issue but fitness is. If she's not fit you can tell her that this could damage her health and you wouldn't want to lose her early to some weight related disease.

First, you should admit that you are your mystery friend. Even if you aren't, it really came across that way, like you are very poorly trying to disguise your own weight issues.
Second, who cares what people say?
You should be happy with yourself. If you're happy with you and how you look and feel, then to hell with what people say about your weight.
