i just wanted to know if after deportation from uae with a 1 year ban posted on the passport of a singel person, will he still be able to come back to uae? he was with an employer before, he has a working visa then. Please give me some advise and details on how to handle this kind of case. can he still apply for work in uae again?

If the ban is imposed for a period of one year, he can come back to uae in a new work visa after completion of the specified period. His previous employer can not able to do anything legally against him.

it's not likely the usa will allow this person back since they were banned for a year. they were banned for some wrong doing.
