I thought that everyone who didn't have God's name were cast into the lake of fire.

This relates back to the words of Jesus when He said that He would divided the sheep from the goats. These are nations that cared for, or looked after Israel.
“All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats." - Matthew 25:32
The lake of fire is not for those who "do not have God's name", but rather for individuals whose names are not written in the Lamb's Book of Life.
There will be nations of people saved in that day, and God has promised to heal that nation that seeks after Him.
“if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land." - 2 Ch 7:14

"God" is the most twisted mental illness ever to strike humanity. This "god" concept is the single-most horrific invention man has ever created. God is worse than any torture device or bomb, or missle man could ever come up with.
But, to tanswer your question: The USA & Israel need the most healing. They claim to have a "god's" name but they have nothing but greed, wealth, and power.
They are the riches and cruelest nations ever. They prey on the poor in the name of capitalism, then dole out "charity" so they can feel proud of helping... They're twisted and evil.
The USA has more people locked up than any nation ever!!! The USA is the most HATED nation on Earth!!!
They are SICK nations, and they will either REFORM or they will FALL !!!
The USA will go the way of ROME if they don't change their ways SOON. Of course, Israel's days are already numbered... Many of us will LIVE to see the last days of Israel.
