I eat four pieces of white toast on a daily basis, or maybe even more. Is this terribly bad for me? And I love eating rice everyday as well.

Is this very unhealthy for me?
How many serves of toast should I eat from now on and serves of rice, should I eat?

none. white bread, white rice and anything made out of white (bleached) flower is unhealthy.
try eating whole wheat bread and brown or wild rice - they contain complex carbs your body uses for energy.

White bread contains a lot of sugar and very little (if any) nutritional value. If you find you are gaining weight, the white bread and white rice may be the reason. If you are worried, try making half of your peices of toast whole wheat.

mypyramid.gov and other websites have information on how many servings of bread you should get. It will give you recommendations based on your weight and age and stuff. Id recommend it!

Not sure about the serving size but brown is always healthier than white bread or rice. If like carbs that much you should consider whole grains rather than refined grains. I forget why but the south beach diet explains it better than I ever could.

Eating rice or bread daily is not bad for your health. :) There are no negative effect of having too much of it. I can consume an average of 10cups of rice a day and that does not include my snacks yet.

Neither one is 'bad' for you. Wheat toast would be healthier than white toast and brown rice is healthier than white rice because each have lots of fiber and multi-grains.

Both white bread and white rice are high in carbs which your body converts to sugar. Simple answer, can you say diabetes? Can you say insulin shot?
