Well, my dilemma really is that we flirt all the time and I can't say no to him. He is just so cute though imature. But I can't tell the signs does he like me and if he does how can I get him to get the courage for him to ask me out. I try to look cute when he's around, I share his interests so we talk a lot so I hope he doesn't not like me and knows I like him. But I don't think he knows...and if he does he sure is being a flirt...and he always trys to make me laugh...What should I do I'm soooooo confused! And really don't want to ask him out because if he says no that would make our friendship weird, especially becauce his sister is my bestfriend(who's a year behind us)I need to know what more I can do to get him to ask me out...Plus does anybody have a good way I can ask for his sn? So we can talk online...
Also thats my best friends brother and she knows we flirt all the time and that I like him I juast wanna kno what to do...I so confused!!!

At this age I promise you that it will be all over the place in moments - boys just do that sort of thing!
I think that if his sister knows that you really like him - he will too. And if you are not ready or able to ask him out - what else can you do but wait for him to ask you?
But as your tactics do not seem to be working so well at the moment - why dont you try another - why don't you STOP laughing at his jokes, try to look a little more intellectual when he is around rather than cute and perhaps he will respond better to a slightly more mature approach.
And of course rememeber always - you cannot make people like you but you can make people you like you already more interested!

Just get a chance to talk with him and declare your feeling. But the risk after you declared it is he will avoid you ( if he doesn't like you. It's a good way to make someone forget her feeling to him. ) or he will say like you too ( if he likes you ). Everything you do have it's own risk. Just prepare your heart.

He likes you. Just go and ask him if he wants to go get a icecream or something sometime. That's not asking him out. That is just hanging out together. See where it goes from there. Good luck

who else can be a better person than his sister who you say your bestfriend. She can ask her brother about what he feels abt you then you can move accordingly
