i wnt to lose a stone in a month but its really hard becse i always snack n put more weight on...so wat shall i do.
pleazzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help??????????

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

Try to eat healthy snacks, such as celery, or carrot sticks. Or eat some fruit. These will satisfy those cravings without putting on the calories. Also, try to work out more. Spring time is here so go for walks or ride a bike. Try and see if a friend or your mom or someone will go on a weight loss regimine with you. It's always easier when there is more then one person doing it as well.

I'm exactly like you. I am 13 and have lost 20 pounds already, but i always snack and put some of it back on. What I do is try to drink water and wait to see if I am hungry or I try not to think about having the snack. =] Hope I helped.

Hide the stone in your backyard at nighttime.

Don't look for it for a month. You will then lose a stone.

save time and money during the week by buying lean protein such as chicken breasts in bulk and cooking a weeks worth on sunday night
