In the sense that everything is made of his energy, Yes. E=mc². But the source of his Being, the Universe could not hold. Not only would it be impossible, but destructive. Like having a Super Nova Visit you Neighborhood. That does not mean he can not be close to us, and take care of what he plans to do. Very much like I'm posting this answer, on the net in Greece, but everyone will see in in seconds no matter where they are.

I don't think God walks the earth as we do or as someone else said, "permeates the background like radiation", God's existence on earth is in the hearts of the men, women and children who love him.

Well actually I think God does exist on earth through any living think.
I see in the sunshine and in children the smile of God.
I see in the kindness and tenderness of older peoples, God´s gentle touch.
He doesn´t judges us he is loving us and he is every second present on earth were ever love is.

If he exists then he is everywhere at the same time. So he's not really on earth, he's just like background radiation, permeating everything.
