What do you see in a guy that impresses you?

That's a tough question, as everyone is different. I have had experiences where I looked at a guy and I instantly knew I fancied him. Then other times, I could be around a guy (casually, in social settings) for months and never really know that we had some chemistry until it was too late.
It just depends on the guy. What do I see in a guy that impresses me? Politeness goes a long way with me, so that's usually the first thing that grabs my attention.

in my case, it'll take months or years. even though he is super good looking, i might only realise that after many months.
