No, it will have no effect at all. I am assuming you are youngish and this is a level of acne.
This is almost inevitable with puberty. It can be helped by over the counter cleansers. If however it gets out of control see your GP, he can prescribe topical or oral antibiotics, these fix most of the rest of acne patients.

NO, water doesn't reduce or prevent the natural bodily production of freckles or brown spots. That is hereditary and often melanin collects in some people more often than others. Note: Many people are freckle free.
Water does nothing to prevent spots.

yes drinking water does help clear away ur spots. it cleans and neutralises ur skin giving it a healthy glow. the water keeps ur skin moist and cleans away dirt that cause spots from the inside plus improving ur skin n colour. remember eight glasses of water a day or even more. plus have lots n lots of fruite!!! hope this helps.

Drinking plenty of water helps to remove the toxins from your body, so it could help but spots are caused by oil, dead skin cells and dirt getting trapped in your skin pores. keep your skin clean using a mild cleanser.

Alot of people say it does, but i have problems with acne and it got the point were i was very insecure about them so i went to the doctors and they have loads things you can try.
