spirituality is in your soul ..its a caring loving person who cares for all mankind and its creature who has an affinity with the world and all who dwells in her and has no hates or animosity toward those that dwells in her and the hardest of all forgives but leads by example ..hope this helps .....maybe a start ..just lead the good life
