Have you had an injection into the area? It's hard to tell you how long it will Take to recover not knowing what procedures have been done for you.

I can tell you that it's going to take many months to recover . And you have to limit your use as much as possible. keep your leg up as much as possible and use ice packs for ten minutes at a time several times a day to help with the pain And inflammation. ask your doctor for anti inflammatory medications to help reduce the pain.

I know complete healing of your feet takes time because they are constantly getting pounded. My son had a planter's ward & it took almost 2 months & 5-6 dr.'s visits before he could walk with a minimum of pain. My mom had a bone spur & it took like 4-5 months. As much as possible keep pressure off that left foot even if it requires a walking cane. They make some pretty cool looking canes now that some just use as a fashion accessory.

But the more you give it a chance to heal the quicker it will. You should be having physical therapy & wearing arch supports in your shoes. Prop that foot up whenever possible & use ice to reduce sweelling. Also make sure your shoes fit properly.

You've done some serious damage so now you have to take care of it or it can get much worse.
