What is a believer doing if they attempt to keep another's?

They are being shallow and petty, but at the same time they are also being human. While Jesus could forgive, people have a hard time letting things go. Nobody is perfect, so just forgive them their sin and go on about your life.

If a believer of God kept on repeating and repeating the sin which he have confessed and have asked forgiveness of his sin, he will no longer be forgiven by God.
