I was told by these guys that i work with, that they consider me cool now. I was shocked to hear that they think i'm cool and now they want to hang out more. I have never been part of the cool group. What advice to you have for someone who is entering this new realm of coolness?
I don't want to do something stupid and become uncool again.

being cool isnt everything, i once knew a girl that was a whore and we were all like "hey, thats sandy, shes gives the best bj's, she's cool" we were wrong sandy not only gave bj's but herpes in the process so she lost a lot of cool points with me after that. as long as you dont give out std's i guess you will keep your coolness...good luck.

what was it that you think made you cool?
sometimes it can be just appearance. did you make a
change somehow?
how about who you work with? did you start hanging out with someone they think is cool, so now you're in?
what about your length in time at work? if you used to be a "rookie," not they might now see you as that, and are welcoming you into their "circle."
a lot of the stuff from high school resurfaces during employment. that's one aspect to keep in mind. and seeing as how you're saying your new to this realm of coolness, just stick with what you're doing and everything should be fine.
no matter what, dont change so that you can impress others. just be yourself because that seems to be working for you.

First you have to say where you were deemed cool. If it was in gym there is closeted homosexual's just looking for fresh meat. These guys will use a lot of slang like Dude or say you are Bad A!ss. Be careful watch your a!ss....
