Because I was afraid to speak when I was just a lad,
me father gave me nose a tweak and told me I was bad.

that saved me achin' nose,

Yes; it's from the movie musical "Mary Poppins" by Walt Disney; it was put out some time in the early 60s - I don't remember the exact year, but I'd say no later than 1965.
