ok if i go to a party at someones house is it illegal to drink alcohol, and if so what are the consequences??

It is not illegal but if you leave the party in a drunken condition and are out in public and you misbehave you can wear a charge of being drunk and disorderly.~~

I don't think it's illegal if it's a private party on private property. If you're in doubt ring the police and they'll tell you what the law is.

it all depends where in aus, no its not illegal as long as there is a responsible adult there with you and you are not bein stupid, thats a fact because i read it in the newspaper on a police report
