I get really bent when something bad happens and someone says, Oh well you can't win em all! Does it make you so mad you want to spit?

If it's something truly awful and I get that response, I just make a mental note not to share anything with that insensitive person again. Better than getting mad when you're already upset and saves the disappointment/aggravation in the future. (I don't think I would ever actually spit, but I do arch my eyebrow and give them a look of keen disapproval.)

Of course. You are normal.
Most are annoyed when people want you to pretend that it was nothing to begin with. I know I do, but I wont spit at them. Just a mental kicking myself thinking
da&# "Why did I even share the information"
We all like the friends who have the maturity to share our bad times and not be there only for the good times

Take this opportunity to sift through all the people in your life and choose your friends, mentally categorize them into 2 bins "keepers" and "rest of world'

Yes, you are the only one. Go get some therapy.

(Okay, no, you're not the only one to be annoyed by people dismissing what you are going through. It's borderline rude not to at least pretend empathy.)

the only problem with being a *good sport* is one has to lose to prove it

if one can not lose graciously, then they should embrace their *bad sport* label happily and try to be proud of it

(other people might not find it attractive)

you have ver angry energy surounding you. Bad things happen, sad but true. we just have to learn to deal with them. getting angry wont help. I think thats all people are trying to tell you. I dont think that they are trying to minumise your problem. they just want to make you feel better by defusing your inner bomb.
