Frozen skillet meals (these are those all in one meals that include the meat you can find in the freezer section), granola bars (I like the sweet and salty Nature Valley Almond bars), oatmeal, frozen tv dinners, frozen fish (they make some great fish items that come almost completely prepared and just need to be heated up - like spinach stuffed salmon), fruit snacks, canned peaches or mandarin oranges, canned soups, macaroni and cheese.
