It's not good to be using tramadol with diclofenac. These are both anti inflammatory medications and you really should only be using one as tramadol is extremely hard on the liver. Tramadol is normally used for short periods of time, usually only five days.

I don't see a problem with the Reductil, as it goes through the body rapidly acting as a stimulant to reduce your appetite.

I think you should speak with your pharmacist or medical doctor about the combinations especially using two anti inflammatory medicines at the same time.

Hello.Diclofenac is a powerful pain-killer. May I with respect suggest you read the little leaflet which came with your prescription for both the Diclofenac and Omeprazole please. In them you will find a list of symptoms and reactions taking such pills can create. If one of the more significant ones is depression then you should see your GP. There is a possibilty that your anxiety symptoms from your broken relationship have not been addressed. If this is so,then it can lead to depression amongst whose symptoms can be low and weepy especially several months on. In both cases, I suggest you book an appointment to see your GP and get an up-to-date diagnosis. I'm sending you a really BIG hug and hope all will work out for you! Alan L.
