the only way - overall weight loss. we cant choose which body part to lose the weight off.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

Heathy foods like vegies and grains do help.Avoid fatty foods like fried chicken and chips.Sit ups (10-100)a day and go for walks 3 times a week.Good luck in losing all those fat!

I wish I knew!! I suffer from the same thing and my husband said that the stomach is the last to go when you are on a diet. Just do ab exercises and see if that helps!

They say one of the best exercises to lose inches from your waist is aerobic walking (not just strolling but exercise walking).
When you do this you not only burn calories but also work your stomach muscles because you tend to hold them in.

After a medical examination,if all is ok;you have no choice;exercise and a nutritional foods.Forget the beer and the chocolates.

Spring and summer are excellent friends for that.

By taking it out by operation and stop eating and drinking. eat air and drink water. No other solution. Yoga ,exercise would not do. I am also sumo like you.

i have for a few days and i've lost like, 2 pounds and i can eat what i want, but run + stuff, don't do sit ups coz they don't work

Don't diet, don't look in the mirror, don't weigh yourself, but do excercise 20 sweaty, puffing minutes every day - that will do it. I promise.
