(-: I like to eat them raw, too, so I may be the wrong person to ask. BUT, I just put them in at the end. Be sure to string them first (grasp the stem, and pull down -- you should come away with a whole string of green. Don't worry if you don't -- they may be a stringless variety.).

a lot of veggies and some meat , put some oil and a little bit of butter in a skillet , then add meat, such as chicken, cook for around 10 to 15 mins. then add veggies and cook another 10 mins. or so
