Mentally draining and being a bartender... I am a bartender... and I guess its mainly the huge library of cocktail mixes and styles of wine we're supposed to know. Apart from that, I guess it's trying to think of new lines to avoid scarey old men trying to pick me up.

when you have demanding boss, as if he is a customer! Who want to be served first knowing that there's alot of customer waiting to be served.
