I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

My Dad used to go jogging like that back in the 80's, he used to make a shirt out of a garbage bag, you could here him coming from a mile away. I guess it just keeps in your body temperature....making you in turn sweat alot and lose water weight........which is easily put back on again.

There is no such thing as spot reduction. You lose weight from all over your body. You might sweat more, and the weight you sweat off will be immediately replaced the next time you quench your thirst.
The best thing that will give you is a rash.

No difference in weight loss. You will risk getting a rash and you will cost yourself some serious money in gladwrap.. not to mention the cost to the planet for waste disposal, embodied energy, resources depletion etc.

It makes you sweat more and lose water that way. It won't make you lose fat. It isn't really harmful if you drink enough but it will probably irritate your skin.
