いつもあなたのすぐ近くでずっと私がいる。

itsumo anata no sugu chikaku de zutto watashi ga iru.
"chikaku" for "near" implies a measureable distance.

or, i suppose,

itsumo anata no sugu soba ni iru

いつもあなたのすぐそばにいる。
"soba" for "near" is more like "your side".

I will always be near you
"itsumo anata no soba ni iru yo" (いつもあなたのそばにいるよ)
soba ni - means beside you, always at your side,by your side
you say this to the person you love, someone special to you,can be your boy/girlfriend,bestfriend,or members of the family.
chikaku/chikai - means near(for distance)

you dont say "itsumo anata no chikaku ni imasu" or else you might get misinterpreted.

v(^^)v peace!
