I got solution. Because once I was asking the same.

Clearly you downloaded a YouTube video onto your PC. Navigate back to the YouTube page of the video, open a new window and go to http://vixy.net , there you can download the file AND change it to a file format (avi, wmv) that you can play with Windows Media Player and/or other media software. How simple is that!
