How are their different races?

If Adam and Eve were the first and only people on earth...and they were the only ones who could start the reproduction system, how do we have so many different races today?

They weren't the first people. Even if you believe in the Bible, it says that God created man in his image before he created Adam and Eve.

Gen 1:27 So God created man in his [own] image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. 1:28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth.

That was day six.

It wasn't until after he had rested on day seven that he created Adam.

But in reality there are different races because mankind evolved to suit the climate where he lived.

Well, the bible does not give an answer to this on the surface, but I have a couple theories on how. If you can recal back to Genesis after Cain killed Abel, Cain was affraid he would be killed. So god took pitty on him and put a mark on him, and god said "he who kills you shall have vegence reeked upon them 10 fold". Well if was not exactly those words but that was the jist of it. No one knows what the mark was. Some say it was just somthing on the forehead or other thing like that, but I have a theory that it may have been dark skin. Then mabey when Cain had children that mark passed down. And mabey the power of that mark still has power today. Look, this theory holds some prescedence. In the 1930's whites were 30% of the planets population, but since then pure whites have dropped down to about 6%(i think i might be wrong here).
Then there is my other theory. Do you remember the tower of bable, well, mabey when we were given different languages that also created different races.

Those are my biblical explanations, other wise you'll have to listen to evolution. The only other explanations for different races beyonnd Evolution and christianity are Racist based theories.

No offense but this Adam and Eve thingy is not science. I am not trying to hurt your sentiments but science does not approve of things that do not have any base or evidence. And about the race: I read this theory that scientist believe that human beings originated in Africa, Ethiopia and then moved to different parts of the world. We all have different hair and skin color because if the region we live in. For e.g. People living in countries like Norway, Sweden, etc have blond hair and lighter skin. On the other hand people living in Portugal and France have dark hair. Africans have really dark hair and dark skin. So this is all because of the melanin that is produced by the skin and if you live in a place that is closer to equator, there are more chances of you having a darker skin, hair and eyes. The races didn't just happen, they evolved and it must have taken thousands of years.

First of all, it's "there".

Second of all, Adam and Eve is a myth. We evolved from early primates in Africa and then spread across the globe. Those who moved into hot climates evolved to have darker skin, while those in colder climates had light skin. We evolved other traits based on where we lived as well. which eventually turned into the different races we have today.

if you studied other cultures you will find that god made an adam and eve of every race even down to the flood there was a noah of every race the american indians have drawings of a great canoe and great flood .its all there you have to watch alot of educational shows and you can see .

Don't you know that we were scattered and multiplied through out the world ? Can you not imagined that the heat of sun where you are staying may change your race? change the color of your skin?

We could not be looked the same and alike because there is no more distinction between us. How do you know that he Peter when you look like him and others?
