I'd suggest you disregard all previous answers to your question and set off to get a couple of good books and do some research on your own.

Make sure you have a more or less clear picture before you go around asking on the net, as you'll get tons of pious Christians trying to save your soul from damnation on one hand, and on the ohter hand people talking about nature and the elements and the Great Goddess and blah blah blah.

To sum up, it will be just a waste of time and you'll get nothing useful out of it.

http://www.witchvox.com

That's a good site, made by people with some sense, and there's a reading list you can use.

Good luck, and don't lose heart.

I am a Christian. I hope and pray that you never get involved in the practice of wicca. It is evil and dangerous.

Wicca

Wic·ca [wíkə]
noun
witchcraft: a religious practice involving nature-worship and witchcraft

That is the wicca who believe that the earth is god or the moon or any nature. They worship nature not the true living God.

Wicca ...old English word meaning wise ones.
So you want to know about Witchcraft.
1 Samuel 15:23.......For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft.....
That is what God has to say about Witchcraft.
Once your in it you can only get out through repentance.
Repentance lead me away from Witchcraft to Jesus Christ.

Not really helpful but, if you spell it backward:
