A colleague sweats profusely! He sweats in an air conditioned room!Due to this, he develops a very sour smell and imagine having to deal with that in a closed air conditioned room!

He's aware of his problem and has tried everything from deodernts to talcum powder - nothing helps... does anyone have any ideas how he can overcome this problem?

Below are given a few effective body odour cure home remedies that your friend may not have tried:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Take two teaspoons of raw organic honey along with two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar on an empty stomach, three times a day. (perhaps half an hour before meals and half an hour before bed} This can cure profuse sweating.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

* Applying baking soda on the underarms helps to kill bacteria and also aids in absorbing sweat.

* Instead of using deodorant, wipe your sweat producing areas like armpit using white vinegar or alcohol. Avoid using antiperspirant because they clog sweat glands, use alum instead.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

* Eating habits also tend to affect body odor. Avoid consuming refined foods; hydrogenated oils and other processed foods. Eat healthy food that contains loads of fiber, whole grains, wheat, soy products and green leafy veggies. red meats should be avoided.

If your body odor is caused due to any medicine that you are on, then you need to talk to your doctor. Use baby powder to keep constantly sweating areas dry.

Hello!
I have some quick remedies to help you stop sweating.
First, you should keep your body cleaning, avoid wear old clothes, because it affects on your body odors.
Secondly: You can use some natural methods:
Drink tea made from lemon balm, peppermint leaves or fennel seeds if you sweat because of anxiety or stress. Drinking these teas before bed can help you to relax and get some rest, which will reduce your anxiety levels.

Sounds like a medical condition. He should go to his GP (doctor). I feel bad for him. At least he owns up to the odor. I wish those people on the subway trains in Sydney Australia would do the same.
