He is the Son of God. They are one God in that they are one Godhead and shoul be worshipped as one, because they work together and have the same goals.

Either you believe the Muslims or believe the Bible. The doctrine of the trinity as you stated did not enter the church teachings til after Jesus's death as you correctly mentioned. You must realize that much of Christianity was perverted by the Catholic Church from approx 300AD til 1550 Ad. This is the time of the Reformation when the Bible was translated into Latin and Greek (I think) so the monopoly of the Catholics was defeated by the Protestants. I use a KJV Bible and search the Word of God for myself and have found it to be true and I will stake my life on the fact that Jesus is the Son of God, and God is my Heavenly Father, and the Holy Spirit God also. 3 parts of the Godhead.

Have you ever heard of punctuation (periods, comas, etc.), capitalization, and spell checkers? It would make your questions a whole lot more understandable and easier to read.

Yes, Jesus is really God and the son of God. And God is not a trinity. The Bible reveals that the one who was know as the Word of God (who was God and with God -- John 1:1), emptied himself of his Godly attributes (immortality and power) to become human. {Don't be like most Muslims and say, "God can't do that," because it is really not the place of mere men to say what God can and cannot do. God can do anything he wants.}

Thus being made human, Jesus lived a godly life as an example of how humans should live. Then he was killed -- he really died. And for three days and three nights he was dead and buried in a grave. But being without sin, death could have no claim on him. And God, the Father, raised Jesus from the dead, becoming the firstborn from the dead, again, as an example to humanity of what can be in our future. And he was again glorified with the glory and power he had before he became human, also as an example of what can be in store for humans who believe in and follow the example of Jesus Christ.

God is not a Trinity. The holy spirit is not a person.

Most of the references to God in the Old Testament are in the plural. When Jesus was on the earth, he referred to God in the singular.

God is a family; of which, Jesus Christ is the firstborn son, the first of many brethren, many future sons and daughters of God, living with God in power and glory for all eternity.

First; do you think that there are certain ways a person with good
intentions could possibly dishonor God unintentionally because they
dont know all the facts?

look up the following Scriptures...
Yhshua (Jesus) *always* honored his Heavenly Father Yhwh (Jehovah)
John 17:3-5
John 5:19
John 14:28
Mark 10:18
Matthew 26:39
John 8:17-18
Mark 13:32
Matthew 20:23
Matthew 3:17 (who speaks from heaven while Christ is in the river?)

finally, does Jesus have a higher God?; John 20:17
and please tell me who is speaking at Revelation 3:12 ?

With all that evidence of Jesus honoring his Heavenly Father, would
it not be dangerous for us if we did not do as Jesus himself did?

more Scriptural proof that they are 2 separate persons and that Jesus remains in subjection to Jehovah for eternity. That strong evidence is found in the Scripture concerning the actions taken in Heaven *after* Christ's 1,000 year reign; 1 Corinthians 15:24-28

With all of that Scriptural proof one must ask themselves; 'Is there
a danger of dishonoring God by making His only-begotten Son equal to
Him?' because there certainly is no danger in believing and
worshipping Jehovah as Jesus did... especially since we know that he
was an example for us to follow his footsteps closely (1 Peter 2:21) So we should
honor Jehovah the same way Jesus did!

If you read John 1:1-3 you will see something written there about "the Word".. which I believe refers to Jesus Christ...

Jesus was with God before the Earth was formed...

Jesus was made a God by God the Father in order to make the Earth Physically...

Jesus is God of the Old Testament, He is the one that is talking to the Prophets and guiding them (Jesus did not have a Physical body during the Old testament times)...

Jesus is the ONLY begotten son of God the Father on this Earth...

God the Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost are three distinct beings.. God the Father and Jesus have Physical bodies but the Holy Ghost does not (not yet anyway)...

Jesus and the Holy Ghost have turned their own wills over to God the Father so they all three have the SAME will which is to do Heavenly Father's work upon this Earth...

From the time of Adam and Eve the Prophets have been talking about Jesus Christ our Savior.

Jesus is God's son not God because Jesus said he did not know the time that God would return so how can he be God but not know. But I would advise you to stop trying to bring God into your mental framework and thinking that because our small minds as humans can not comprehend what he does some how means that what he does is not legit or real. Because people can not understand the mind of the creator of the universe does that mean that something is wrong with him or us. We cant even fix our own little planet but then we want to pass judgement on God. Jus accept that you don't understand but that you want to and wait for God to give you the answer instead of saying that because YOU don't understand his answers are not good enough.

He is the son of God. The only begotten, the firstborn of all creation, a master worker beside his father during the creation of all other things and beings. Jesus, in his prehuman existence, was "the first-born of all creation." (Colossians 1:15, NJB) He was "the beginning of God's creation." (Revelation 3:14, RS, Catholic edition).

"Yahweh created me, first-fruits of his fashioning, before the oldest of his works. Before the mountains were settled, before the hills, I came to birth; before he had made the earth, the countryside, and the first elements of the world." (Proverbs 8:12, 22, 25, 26, NJB) While the term "Wisdom" is used to personify the one whom God created, most scholars agree that it is actually a figure of speech for Jesus as a spirit creature prior to his human existence.

As "Wisdom" in his prehuman existence, Jesus goes on to say that he was "by his [God's] side, a master craftsman." (Proverbs 8:30, JB) In harmony with this role as master craftsman, Colossians 1:16 says of Jesus that "through him God created everything in heaven and on earth."—Today's English Version (TEV).

So it was by means of this master worker, his junior partner, as it were, that Almighty God created all other things. The Bible summarizes the matter this way: "For us there is one God, the Father, from whom are all things . . . and one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom are all things." 1 Corinthians 8:6, RS, Catholic edition. It no doubt was to this master craftsman that God said: "Let us make man in our image." (Genesis 1:26)

Even the demons, who "believe there is one God," knew from their experience in the spirit realm that Jesus was not God. So, correctly, they addressed Jesus as the separate "Son of God." (James 2:19; Matthew 8:29)

At John 20:17 he said to Mary Magdalene: "I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God." (RS, Catholic edition) At 2 Corinthians 1:3 the apostle Paul confirms this relationship: "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ." Since Jesus had a God, his Father, he could not at the same time be that God.

WHEN Jesus gave his prophecy about the end of this system of things, he stated: "But of that day or that hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father." (Mark 13:32, RS, Catholic edition) Had Jesus been the equal Son part of a Godhead, he would have known what the Father knows. But Jesus did not know, for he was not equal to God.

When Jesus told the Pharisees that He is the Son of God, the Pharisees accused Him of making Himself equal to God, hence blasphemy. But Jesus was saying the truth.
This actually means that the teachers of the Law knew the meaning of the Son of God= God

We are all Sons of God. Why would you expect Jesus to be any different. Did not Jesus say "what I do, you can do also"?

If I may. I would like to share a few gospel songs that would better answer your question concerning is Jesus God or the Son of God.

Someone needs to go back and read the four gospels more.
At times in Jesus ministery he was showing his Son-ship and sometimes his Father-ship. Like healing the woman who touched the hem of his garment, and he called her Daughter. Spelled with a Capital "D" and is used only twice in the Bible. Jesus at this particular moment of time was showing his Father-ship. Because she could only be the Daughter if He was the Father! If Jesus was speaking in his Son-ship, he would have called her Sister! But he didnt! He called her Daughter. She was now one of His Children.
