Do girls actually like sensitive guys? Or is it just a way of saying things to make you feel better?

No. Girls like a guy who will make their friends jealous. Re-read this as many times as it takes to understand. Women are most interested in competing with each other.
By sensitive do you mean the guy who hangs around with girls who are not interested in dating him. Then wonders why the other guys are always getting dates when he is so "sensitive".
I am not saying you have to be a bad boy, rude or insensitive, but, if you want to date, then do not hang around girls who are not interested in dating you. Good luck.

Yeah, there's a difference between being sensitive and being a wuss.
Some guys are just downright emotionally frail and can't understand why women don't like them.
When women say they want sensitive guys, they mean they want guys who are sensitive to their needs and wants, and who are sensitive enough not to hurt their feelings on purpose.
Plus you have to realize that not all girls like sensitive guys; I mean, it goes without saying that there are as many kinds of girls as there are guys (i.e. 3 billion each), but for the most part, women (like men) just want some respect.

you need to be clearer- Or is it just a way of saying things to make you feel better- what does that mean? I don't think girls like sensitive guys, actually, some girls probably do, just not the hot ones that you probably are after.

I myself am not the most sensitive person in the world. I can be, however, very sensitive to the needs of my friends and those I care about. I like men, and women who are capable of not being passive aggressive about their negative emotions and actually able to be verbally expressive about how they feel. Oversensitivity is a bad trait in /anyone/, male or female. Likewise, being a cold, insensitive person can be just as damaging.

I like sensitive guys. Of course thats just me but at least three of my friends like sensitive guys.

i think it is nice to know that guys have a sensitive side
but if your the sensitive kind that cries in movies alot jus as an example than a gurl would not want to put up with it

I do like guys who are sensitive. They make you feel safe. Like it's ok to be yourself.

Hell yes, I hate unsensitive creeps who don't care about feelings. But I wouldn't like a guy if he was oversensitive and got offended over the littlest things.
